So ganz stimmt das nicht. Die Road Warriors und Dusty waren die amtierenden 6-Man Tag Team Champions. Durch den Streit durfte der Gewinner sich anschließend neue Partner suchen (bzw. einen neuen Partner im Falle der Warriors). Das wurde dann Tenryu.

Der Kampf zwischen Bad Breed und Public Enemy ist auf dem Video "Tag Wars 1994" enthalten. Das habe ich gestern angefangen zu schauen. Es handelt sich hierbei nicht um ein Baseball Bat Match sondern um die sog. "Brawl Games", die lt. Styles und Heyman wohl eine Spezialität von PE sind.

Die Regeln lauten folgendermaßen:

Die Teams kämpfen, bis einer der Wrestler bis zehn ausgezählt wird (wie beim Last Man Standing). Das in dieser Situation siegreiche Team bekommt einen Baseballschläger (waren hier Bad Breed, falls das wichtig ist) und darf den einsetzen. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt ist es ein Falls count anywhere. Davon abgesehen gibt es keine Regeln.

Wäre u. U. auch was für die Matcharten.

Ist vielleicht eine Anmerkung wert. Die Gegner der Road Warriors und Tenryu sollten eigentlich Sting, JYD und Michael Hayes sein. Die wurden aber von Kevin Sullivan im Keller eingesperrt und der Varsity Club trat an. DDQ erfolgt auch nachdem dieses Team eingreift.
