Die Zuschauer fanden es aufgrund des schlechten Bookings langweilig, und so wollte die WWF die Situation mit einem Worked Shoot vom Paul Heyman kurz vor der Survivor Series etwas realistischer und spannender machen. Heyman hatte ja schon einige interessante (Worked) Shoots bis dahin geliefert. Heyman kam also bei der Smackdown Ausgabe vom 15. November 2001 (drei Tage vor dem entscheidenden Match bei der Survivor Series) zum Ring und es folgte eine Rede, die sich für Vince McMahon gewaschen hatte. Vince habe die Erinnerungen von Bruno Sammartino (http://www.genickbruch.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=306) und Billy Graham (http://www.genickbruch.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=308) in den Dreck gezogen. Mick Foley (http://www.genickbruch.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=20) habe recht gehabt, dass Vince McMahon auf ganzer Linie versagt hätte. (Mick hatte bei RAW zuvor die Ausrichtung der WWF kritisiert). Vince habe endgültig verloren, als er die XFL gegründet hätte. Vince kam raus und Heyman sagte, Vince liebe es, wenn die Leute ihm den Hintern küssten. Er habe seit Ewigkeiten darauf gewartet, dass jemand Vince das antue, was er verdiene. Vinces Vater sei ein guter Promoter gewesen und ein richtiger Gentleman. Im Gegensatz zu Vince habe sein Vater keine anderen Promoter betrogen. Vince habe sie alle aus dem Business geworfen. Vince habe die WWF mit den Ideen der ECW aufgebaut, und deshalb hasse er Vince. Während Vince einen Doink the Clown (http://www.genickbruch.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=2459) mit grünen Haaren hatte, habe Steve Austin (http://www.genickbruch.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=9) zum ersten Mal in der ECW Bier getrunken. Seine Einstellung sei eine reine ECW-Einstellung. Dann zeigte Heyman auf Tazz (http://www.genickbruch.com/index.php?befehl=bios&wrestler=1) (der Smackdown kommentierte) und sagte, in der ECW sei er ein Tier gewesen, eine reine Kampfmaschine. Tazz sei ein richtiger Bösewicht gewesen und ein großartiger Wrestler und jetzt sei er ein Kommentator und dabei nichtmal gut. Vince habe es nicht ausstehen können, dass Tazz ein Wrestler war, also machte er ihn zu dem, was er heute ist. Tazz stand langsam aus seinem Stuhl auf und ging in Richtung des Rings. Dann nahm Tazz Heyman in die Tazzmission und hielt ihn eine ewige Zeit darin fest. Das Publikum war von Tazz´ Aktion begeistert. Vince sagte, Heyman sei die Verkörperung der Alliance, weil am Sonntag die Alliance erwürgt werde. Insgesamt war es natürlich eine reine Storyline-Geschichte, aber Heyman erzählte zu viel Wahres, als dass man sie vergessen sollte. Heyman hatte schon einige Vorgaben bekommen, was er erzählen sollte. Das meiste war jedoch improvisiert und kam den wahren Tatsachen sehr nahe.

Tazz sei ein richtiger Bösewicht gewesen und ein großartiger Wrestler und jetzt sei er ein Kommentator und dabei nichtmal gut. Vince habe es nicht ausstehen können, dass Tazz ein Wrestler war, also machte er ihn zu dem, was er heute ist. Tazz stand langsam aus seinem Stuhl auf und ging in Richtung des Rings. Dann nahm Tazz Heyman in die Tazzmission und hielt ihn eine ewige Zeit darin fest. Das Publikum war von Tazz´ Aktion begeistert. Vince sagte, Heyman sei die Verkörperung der Alliance, weil am Sonntag die Alliance erwürgt werde. Insgesamt war es natürlich eine reine Storyline-Geschichte, aber Heyman erzählte zu viel Wahres, als dass man sie vergessen sollte. Heyman hatte schon einige Vorgaben bekommen, was er erzählen sollte. Das meiste war jedoch improvisiert und kam den wahren Tatsachen sehr nahe.
